Ultimate Peace on Earth

The idea of humanity attaining an ultimate peace on earth is considered an idealistic goal that may only be attained when the world is about to end. However, there is a broader consensus among the scholars on the feasibility and sustenance of an ultimate peace on earth. This consensus is considered to be the basis of the agendas to move humanity to unite around the world.

This century is considered by many scholars to be a turning point to this idealistic goal. International peace and security initiatives by the existing and emerging global leaders in this century will eventually re-establish and consolidate the notion of an ultimate peace on earth among the humanity.

The only source of concern still remains to be the disagreements on "means" for that end. The only solution for resolving the disagreements in this century would be to adopt a multi-national and multi-ideological initiatives, that would satisfy the existing and emerging contestants for championing the causes of humanity.

While the selfishness of these contestants may lead to skirmishes at different stages of implementation of the multi-national and multi-ideological initiatives, the maximum care and attention must be to reduce such skirmishes by reducing the importance of nations and ideologies in this century.

The reduction of importance of nations and ideologies can only be achieved by maximum emphasize and commitment to a higher institution, eg. World Government and a higher ideology, eg. Humanism. This emphasize and commitment to a higher institution and ideology will be a major step towards uniting the humanity. Hence, humanity will be much closer in attaining an ultimate peace on earth!!
